The process management starts for us with the creation of value added at single work for us. Assuming we look at all processes, which are supporting or accompanying necessary and align them with the business goals and its specifications.

Processmanagement means to look individual processes in all the process surroundings. It is necessary to recognize and to master the complexity of the requirements to reach an oriented process design to this. For the arranging and organisation of the processes the tools which meet the respective requirements are used.

Main focus of ion3 is the process optimization in the area of production, and rightly so with all attached functions within the SCM (purchasing, warehouse, production, distribution) as well as the organisation (disposition, planning, quality management, industrial engineering, purchase).
